Dear Treasured Prayerful Family,

 

Dad has been in hospitals long time & his condition

doctors say they can do nothing for him.

 

Thus though they say only:  "palliative care...." Only make him comfortable so as to not die in pain...

 

God says otherwise ....  "God frees us from all bondages....no weapons formed against us can prosper....Dad, William Gustavson has not been given a spirit of fear but of POWER, LOVE, COURAGE....SOUND MIND & SELF CONTROL....so no disease not even cancer can claim the life of any believer who is bold enough to remind God of HIS Holy Promises from a bed of doctor's expectant death if he refuses to succumb to an enemy of God.

 

Kind words heal body mind and soul...harsh words dry up much more than the bones which is "Arthritis" but words can be sharper than a two edged sword and can kill that which brick mortar or stones thrown cannot ever touch.

 

God told me before we left Carolina that HE would allow these tumors to return but will heal him after "The BIG VA pays more than 7 times what they owe!!!"

 

We are being forced to pursue a different house, one that is half the cost of the original that meets all the requirements of our dream that Almighty God has promised.

 

The lender's underwriters will quickly approve when we do so.

 

There exists only one such house in the city which we are seeking to purchase in that is this price and can with a few repairs the owner is willing to make now before we sign the contract since realtor is close friend of the seller....will pass the most tough VA Inspection requirements.

 

A friend named Sherill will come all the way to hospital for me and drive me all the way up there later today or Saturday.

 

Hospital will not allow Dad to travel, so I will take photos of all concerns realtor has that he wants my Precious William to be aware of before signing.

 

Surgeon admits that surgery will not give Dad a longer life nor increase his quality of life for the remainder 3 months or whatever that he has to live.

 

Remember we are to have many counselors..And among them all and above all....should be Him...The Most Holy Spirit who is moving in and through you ...dear...and through Dad & I...HE Most Holy Spirit has his being within us and not even a single sparrow falls without the Father's consent.

 

God never begins any good work in and through any of HIS little obedient ones who cry out to HIM day & night...without bringing it to completion.

 

God has only begun The Carpenters Friend work...the foundation has been laid by God Himself but the actual implementation of Carpentry Vocational Programs to inmates has not quite begun.

 

Last two days I took Dad out through hospital in wheel chair....you should have seen him fly up off the bed in thrilled excitement with glad determination!

 

After returning to his room yesterday, Dad declared that today he wants not the wheel chair but a walker!!

 

He is determined to do as scripture says:  "Walk & not be weary and run and never faint!"

 

He wants not to merely have Holy Communion brought to him...He wants to go to Holy Mass.

 

He is not happy to have newspapers purchased & dropped off to him at his room...He is demanding to walk with a walker till even stronger as he rebukes the pain out of his mouth in Jesus Name, by the authority of God he Father & by the power of the most Holy Spirit.

 

Dad says "How can anyone go to Holy Mass...or to church if Protestant...profess that Jesus is Lord over all and our Divine Physician who raised the dead...how can any one go through these motions through out their lives and not boldly believe that all God promises in his written word...such as "BY HIS STRIPES WE HAVE BEEN HEALED!!" Past tense...his healing and yours and each one who calls on HIM with a sincere heart... 

 

We shall not die but live we will rejoice AND SING NEW SONS IN MIDST OF PAIN AND AS WE DO... LIKE IN ISSAIH 55:  As rain falls from heavens and returns there no more, so shall HIS words spoken out of thy mouth...your mouth dear son and mine....shall not return to God void but shall accomplish that for which you and I and each one sends!!

 

So have many Holy Masses consecrated for both of us and expect Dad to be healed and live long life vibrantly!!

 

Faith without works id dead dear sons and daughters....brothers and sisters mothers and fathers....so be not one of the weary, wailing, faint hearted ones whom the Lord Jesus your savior & ours...expelled from the little girls room and house...and included only Peter, James and John and the child's parents before HE raised her from the dead & told them to "give her something to eat"....

 

For it is only because the doctors have finally pulled chemo and declared they can do nothing...they have finally humbly resigned...that God now will get 100% credit when HE heals my most Precious William...for God could have caused the chemo to work more powerfully than any doctor scientist has ever seen....

 

But then who would be getting the praise, honor and glory...?

 

Imagine the press releases:::    Scientist tout NEW CHEMO drug guaranteed to kill all cancers!!!

 

They would be on more covers than the "Rolling Stone", Times Picayune, Wall Street Journal...and on every website...

 

Facebook and other chat rooms would never cease...never cease giving a human being and a man made drug credit for that which only God can give....

 

Only God is the source of all life and light...and through healing my Precious William HE will stomp our atheism and arrogance forever...HE will full fill the Holy Scripture that reads:   And the lion will lay down with the lamb and every knee shall bend & bow on heaven and on earth & under the earth & every tongue shall profess Jesus is Lord!!

 

Those scientific ones such as doctors & physicians who either reject Jesus Christ all together...or whose Faith has been weakened because strange ...United States Laws dictate separation of church & state...

 

Most cannot openly rely on their Faith calling on God for direction while treating patients...without being fired...

 

And so their personal cross is a tough one to carry...removing their "Faith hat" as they leave home in HIS early Dawn....for work...only able to remove the medical hat when they punch out the clock for the day...and put on Faith until they sleep & rise for the same job doing it all over again.

 

So PRAY PRAY PRAY our loud and with Jeremiah eyes at the same time see Precious William...Dad...healthy, vibrant refusing to let any demon or foul mouth snuff the life out of him.

 

Amen Amen Amen!!

 

God will not heal him until the BIG VA Pays more than 7 times what they owe...so not only pray for good health & healing p[ray his benefits in...which most know have been withheld many years and why precious William & I live in poverty...camping sleeping on cots in our van....for most of last few years.

Our Silence Ignites Nothing... How Is It That Even Some Catholics are Confused about pro-life / pro-choice ...abortion.

Silence is "the virtue of fools" if you can cal it a virtue.

The fool merely perceives his or her silence as their personal virtue.

In actuality a fools silence makes him or her partners in the crimes they silently witness whether observing harsh or uncharitable deeds by one neighbor upon another without stepping in to defend the downtrodden one or not speaking out against fundamental atrocities in our society.

I was wearing  a button pinned to my bright pink jacket that reads:
 PRAY FOR ABORTION TO END!

 At a Graduation lunch in a New Orleans Catholic Parish the Sunday following Father's Day 2013...I was astounded the responses I received & conversation it spawned.

I expect this kind of confrontation if & wear it to the grocery store but not to Catholic Holy Mass & to a party of Catholic Families at a Catholic Church.

I was told that "Even if I personally would not abort my child, I don't have the right nor do you have right to suggest to others what they should do!"

Well is preaching & teaching the Holy Gospel suggesting to folks a better way to live???

And so this statement contradicts the entire life of a christian for we are called to always live by the Holy Scriptures that say:  "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!"

Let HIS life, HIS joy, HIS mercy which endures forever never cease from parting from our lips!

We are to be imitators of God who calls each by name and who speaks good things into being at all times....

We are to like God embracing all that befalls us with great FAITH...speaking hope to the hopeless and life into the dead!

I pray you see this contradiction that we all plainly see and hear all over where ever we go...

Maybe you never thought of in this perspective.

You and I must be the spark that lights afire Revival & new life but we cannot be great saints by being silent!

We must open our mouth trusting Almighty God to prepare the hearts of our hearers and not worry about who receives our message which is ultimately HIS message.

We will not be held accountable for how others receive, respond to or reject HIS message HE places within us to speak.  But we will be held responsible for the delivery!

So let us not be silent for silence & fear coupled together are the devil's only real weapon.

And when we love perfectly, being obedient always and always forgiving...
We will never be bound with fear, for such perfect love casts out all fear that we may enjoy HIS peace which surpasses all understanding.

Are You a Light For Others.....We All Can Receive MIRACLES and Be Vessels Through Which God Grants MIRACLES to Others

No one can stand both in darkness and in the light;
Though every day many try to but their sin is uncovered as they try to pretend to be good.

Though we must not be afraid of what others will say or think,

Nor can we be controlled by other's opinions are talk of us.

The wicked cannot even hide behind an alias name for long for their pride marshmallows up like yeast within them eventually and they tell others with their own mouth who they REALLY are....

This is because they do not think that their sins are sins that they can do whatever they want.

We who desire to be chases down by both blessings and MIRACLES that never cease but only keep multiplying with our joyful smiles and laughter in spite of devils who seek and track us...

We must keep on keeping on singing regardless who is murmuring behind our backs.

As we heard in last Sunday's Gospel the Lord was not concerned of who what about who HE is...

And so shall we must be continuing to bless others with our smiles and songs...there will always be someone like our former next door neighbor Veronica on Alvin Callender Street when we with God were building our home...

She came outside yelling one day not able to understand how not even hers & her nephews hateful actions against us could not kill our spirits.  

She came outside as I was singing new songs through joyful tears...tears that our neighbors were trying to stifle the rebuilding of our home.

What we had completed the day before our neighbors had punched holes into in the night...

But I sang new songs to the God above knowing HE who watches through the night from HIS throne up above not only saw the crimes against us in the night but had the power to restore not only that which the angry jealous locusts had stolen...

Veronica yelled:  "Why is she singing?  She shouldn't be singing!"  For she knew what she had done!
But I knew that through my joy and singing God thanks and praise God Himself would not just build back what was destroyed by them, but infinitely more than I could imagine....God when send legions to build our entire house and that is exactly what happened!

They who were filled with jealousy, anger and hate and have never been loved nor have loved themselves....

No different than the Ponchatoula local native neighbors who say out of one side of their mouth that they are going to build Ponchatoula into a thriving economic marketing business center, yet they tie up themselves in bondage that they cannot grow...

By shunning newcomers who choose to make Ponchatoula home!

No town or city will ever grow & prosper past the point they are today without welcoming new citizens not only physically into their neighborhoods, and into the community and church families.

Regardless how many families come and are shunned they will eventually move on in the same numbers or even more.

For every family and community has both sincere and insincere folks whom they call their own.

Those whose hearts are pure but were born within a thorny city among hateful tit-tat chatter boxes who love not...

Eventually these too will choose to move onto a better place where they will not be embarrassed by their previous associations whether blood or geographic.

No they will follow the lead of those who come full of life seeking to bless an entire community when they first arrived...but refuse to live an entire life time among grumblers and wishy -washy complainers.

As Joyce Meyer has taught over the years....one can choose to complain and remain and go around and around a same old mountain of a pill.

Or you & I and each of us can reach out and beyond our circumstances for another new dream...when others fight to long and hard resisting thy kindness and blessing...

As Jesus said:  "Shake of their dust and move on..."

Such cities will never grow but as Sodom & Gomorrah will be your town or city who shuns the hearts who of those who enter bearing kindness and generosity of their grateful loving hearts...

Such a town or city will never grow but die  from their own choices....their own deception...

The fruit never falls far from the tree and the selfish resentful hearts wither and never blossom but rather their self-righteousness they fatten and fluff and spread as an eagle spreads its wings...

Then they go around time gloating convincing themselves and each other that they together did a good thing.


Never let another drown out your song or flame that burns within you....shake their dust and sing for joy your faith, love and passion is worthy of their pitiful jealous behavior...and find others who will let you sing their hearts afire and let not thy past hold you down...

Keep on singing so HIS joy in you will never die but multiply forever!

Yesterday Temp was in High 80's Into 90's ...Today Only 57 Degrees??????

Can anyone figure out this.....

 

Yesterday, and all last week we suffered HOT temps...nearly hot enough to fry eggs on sidewalks.

The evenings been so warm that we did not even want covers on bed.

 

Yet last night temperature dropped drastically & this is April 20th not January or February???

We had not this kind of cold since our last snowy winter in North Carolina.

 

Strawberry Fest was last weekend and temps were pushing towards 100 Degrees!

 

That is a drop of 50 degrees literally..where are sweaters, hats and gloves??

 

Who could have ever expected to need them till next November??

 

I believe it is a chilly day because our Lord is not pleased with the behavior of many in our lives locally here & some physical neighbors of close friends of ours abroad who I pray have not harmed one whom we love much on the other side of this earth from us.

 

Strange how many instead of receiving our love themselves & reaching out in love... in their heart they act out jealousy.

Preventing a friendship to form.

 

And so spiritual warfare & hate that has been hunting my husband & I for many years ...our entire almost 16 year marriage I grieve has fallen upon our Seminarian friends in Africa too.

 

While jealousy and hate can know no boundaries and drive a man or woman to do the strangest oddest crimes against another who only seeks to love them...

 

True Love can penetrate all sorts of hardened hearts and break down blockades of hate turning hearts of stone to flesh...

Hearts for love alone.

 

Sad scripture tels us that not all hearts will be saved with God in heaven...

For just as Judas killed himself instead of seeking forgiveness from Jesus...

Sadly some will never over come their own pride and confess their sin, receive absolution...and accept the gift of joy & salvation.

 

There are some who will always try to live in both realms at once trying to enjoy the blessings of God while never giving up the glamour of evil and sin.

 

How can anyone light a candle while savoring the darkness?

 

One either stands in the darkness or the light.

Perfect love dispels all fear....

Fear cannot ever coincide with light but darkness.

 

And only guilt brings fear...if one has never sinned or has received absolution & forgiveness of any sin he or she has ever done...

HE or she is made new and has no pain or shame...

For the Lord true reigns with in them.

 

Anyone truly in Jesus Christ places their pain & sorrows in HIM and HE carries the heavy load.

 

Those who carry great burdens of sorrow alone have not matured in their love walk with our Lord...

For they do not cast their cares upon HIM who cares for them creating the sky & stars to light the night so we can see..

 

Those who love darkness or dances with the devil indulging in sinful behaviors whether robbing a bank or stealing sneaking from a friend..

Will never have peace and joy within their own hearts.

 

Using something another steals or sneaks gives not joy but produces a guilt that in itself alone can eat away their heart.

Vengeance is MINE says the Lord...

 

Had instead of stealing or harming others out of jealousy or any kind of motivation...had instead they asked God for the same...sought HIM with all their heart....

God would have answered their prayers too.

 

God is not a respecter of one person over another...

But God is motivated through our Faithfulness of relationship with HIM!

 

Spending heart to heart time with God constantly seeking HIS Holy Face...excites our God and it is in HIS excitement HE creates MIRACLES of love, tenderness for each of us.

 

Drastically HOT yesterday....COLD today...ask yourself what kind of games am I witnessing being played and am I a part of games I should drop or opt out??

 

For the only extreme that is safe to indulge...is to immensely love from early morn till at night for sleep & rest... thy eyes you close.

 

We must be well read & versed in our Lord's Holy Word or we will not recognize a devil appearing in sheep's clothing.

So keep HIS flame burring in your heart singing HIM new songs from morning till dark..

 

And darkness will never be able to own you...sing sing sing...and your hope & joy that is HIS will light your community and like electricity pass on across your state, country and abound around the world.

A Warning To Everyone For When You Open New Online Accounts....Humorous Consequences That Can Make For More Dangerous Circumstances If Not Caught or Corrected...

Anyone who has known my husband William and I for any length of time know that for my first 49 years of iife that I had physical tunnel vision for real!!   Yes REALLY!

 

That I only saw a small portion of any one's faces at a time, and that I was raised as a sighted child because my parents would not acknowledge my challenges for they were ashamed of "who or what I was."

 

And that on the Feast of the Holy Family 2009 I received a Eucharistic MIRACLE in my eyes and have enjoyed given thanks & praise for nearly three and a half years of landscapes and full length drapes!

 

So I have done some amazing things for someone who literally at times could not see what was under her ow nose!

 

I graduated from Grace King High School without ever having read much with understanding.

To satisfy my mother I sat on my bed for hours just every once in a while turning a page....

But since what was printed in those books made no sense to me and I could not see...

 

That time was not wasted... for in my heart I was not in a chair at a desk nor was I lounged on my bed reading...

I was conversing with my Lord my God and your God...

I would ask HIM to fill my heart and mind with whatever I needed to know...to stay safe at home, school or on the school bus...

Walking down hills or through my neighborhood.

 

A friend who I had not been in touch with for quite some time sent me an invite to open a "  LinkedIN " account.

Happy to hear from her I did just that thinking I could take my time that there would be no hurry to build a resume for myself and at a future date possibly this could help me grow a licensed business with  income doing what I enjoy the most...free-motion embroidery, crochet and writing.

 

But what happened was as I opened this "Linked IN " account, I was interrupted.

And as always, I embraced my interruption... as you do too... 

Took care of whatever it was my husband need that time....

 

I do my share of asking him questions that too for him are not at the best timing...

It happens in all marriages in all kinds of friendships...

 

There is no fault placing here...  No anger or frustration but rather jovial laughter and entertainment...

Life is much easier when one can laugh at and with themselves...

But what happened since I did not stay with the program as I first began opening this Linked IN account was it automatically sent invitations to everyone who I ever wrote an email to from the first date I opened this email address.   And not only to these who I possibly only wrote once ever, some were business inquires that I never thought about again in over 5 years.

 

Other auto invitations went to folks who I never wrote but their email address was attached to one of those cutesy poems with pictures many just keep forwarding and forwarding over and over...certainly none of these I ever thought would one day show up as "CONNECTIONS"

 

And since I at times post to my blogs not signed into blogger but from my email as I am doing now...

Linked IN posted connection requests to my blogs for about a 5th time last night.

 

So instead of going into Blogger and removing those comical posts  "MrsStephanie............invites you to CONNECT"  from my blogs...

I am leaving Linked IN right there...

Instead I will post this on all of them...

 

And make a game of it...

 

But it could have serious consequence when an unsent invite is accepted by someone who is worse than unpleasant.

 

I HAVE CUT OF several CONNECTIONS....some without any explanation.

 

Check your email contact list for many email systems save all information as your potential contacts even though you do not routinely write email to them nor they to you.

And you can possibly also have your account hacked into through these odd seemingly insignificant addresses that seem not worth even giving time to DELETE!

 

But do it!  DELETE DELETE!

And when you open new accounts do not let systems access your contact lists, manually type the ones you want to communicate with the new account and you will have fewer headaches of             SPAM JAMS...

 

And you will not have to check your new account more often than you would have liked to to make certain you have no spying new connections...that maybe unsafe for you...

As happened to me!

 

But the Lord will always keep us free indeed with out needs HE cannot nor will not meet...

And when the devil does raise his head....

 

Whether a cyber spyer...a marriage divider...or simply folks who some how did not learn or remember from Kindergarten how to introduce themselves and ask others their names....

I guess till Jesus comes back there will be those who try to force themselves upon others instead..

 

When anyone is rude, crude, or  speaks with forked tongue...

Remember our Lord said to cut off the hand that causes us to sin...

 

Don't you wish that it was as easy to get rid of all of these....as pushing or clicking a DELETE BUTTON!
